они подчиняются общим правилам авиаперевозок в евросоюзе. посмотрите, если сообщение об отмене рейса было сделано несвоевременно, то вы сможете расчитывать на компенсацию. если же вас уведомили в срок - увы.

А что вам предложили взамен отмененного рейса? Признаюсь, не верится, что полторы сотни человек взяли и "кинули", не предложив ни альтернативы, ни денег, ни даже ваучер на будущие полеты. Ryan при всей их неоднозначности все же таких вещей не делает. Что произошло, расскажите. Детали имеют значение. Тогда и думать можно будет как действовать.

Рейс был Рига-Бристоль 25 мая, вылет в 22-50, где-то в 22-30, когда была окончена регистрация и все ожидали посадки на самолет, нам сообщили, что рейс полностью отменяется. Потому что самолет решил приземлится в Каунасе, а не в Риге. Забрали свои вещи, выстроились в длинную очередь к окошку ryanair, практически целый самолет людей. Предлагали только билет на другой рейс взамен, Лондон на 26 число (9 свободных мест оставалось), Ливерпуль, Дублин или Бристоль аж на 28 число. Иностранцы были в полном шоке, им и идти некуда, наверное в аэропорту ночевали. Я обменяла на Лондон и выбиралась на автобусах в Бристоль, аэропорт-то самый неудачный Станстед.
Причины отмены я не поняла, сказали просто на вас забили))
