Excellent hotel with great variety of restaurants and cafes inside. All the staff of the hotel is very polite and helpful - receptionists, porters, waiters, hotel shops' assistants, taxi drivers, etc. Good location of the hotel - in the centre of the city, very clean and comfortable inside. No any water problems - strong hot and cold water flow. I liked lounge bar in the first floor hall - nice taste cocktails, hot chocolate was my favourite one, and fresh sandwiches. Cuban Musicians play music and sing songs in the evening time all over the hotel :-) We really enjoyed our staying there. And we will definitely stay there once again.
